What you eat could be making you sick.
Many people we see in our practice have inadvertently eaten themselves into their current state of ill health. Nutritional deficiencies and imbalances lead to a breakdown in resistance or immunity and a loss of ability to cope with environmental stresses. This can manifest itself in the form of weight gain, diabetes, depression, muscle or joint pain, headaches, frequent illness and more. The good news is that it is possible to reverse the process.
Change is possible. We can help.
But where does one begin? Mediterranean diet, Whole 30, Low Carb, Atkins, South Beach, Ketogenic – there’s a myriad of options all vying for attention and claiming to be the best. There is no one size fits all solution, but at our office everyone starts from the same point – by analyzing your current diet and the effect it may be having on your health. Next, we work together to reduce or eliminate unhealthy foods and possible allergens. Finally we add back specific nutritional supplements based on your body and lifestyle.
Food is the best medicine.
Chiropractic and nutrition are a powerful combination. When the nervous system is working optimally and the body is given the raw building blocks it needs to heal from the inside out, healing and health will happen.
